Grilled mackerel salad

This is a quick salad made with fresh vegetables and grilled mackerel (aka Titus fish). It is very healthy, very filling and delicious. It is also easy to edit to ones preference.

  1. 2. In a bowl, wash and shred your lettuce into bitable sizes.
  2. 3.Slice your tomatoes, and onions into rings and mix together in a bowl
  3. 4. Add your sweet corn already rinsed under running water (sweet corn is optional).
  4. 5. Shred grilled mackerel into a bowl while carefully removing the bones.
  5. 6. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onion rings, sweet corn in a bowl and mix together.
  6. 7. Add a drizzle of lemon and teaspoon of honey. Sprinkle a pinch of salt to taste.
  7. 8. You can leave in the fridge for thirty minutes or overnight. This is optional.
