This is a quick salad made with fresh vegetables and grilled mackerel (aka Titus fish). It is very healthy, very filling and delicious. It is also easy to edit to ones preference.
- 2. In a bowl, wash and shred your lettuce into bitable sizes.
- 3.Slice your tomatoes, and onions into rings and mix together in a bowl
- 4. Add your sweet corn already rinsed under running water (sweet corn is optional).
- 5. Shred grilled mackerel into a bowl while carefully removing the bones.
- 6. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onion rings, sweet corn in a bowl and mix together.
- 7. Add a drizzle of lemon and teaspoon of honey. Sprinkle a pinch of salt to taste.
- 8. You can leave in the fridge for thirty minutes or overnight. This is optional.
