Chicken gizzard
200 Gram
Skewers
2 Tablespoon
Soy sauce
2 Tablespoon
Honey
1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice/vinegar
2 Tablespoon
Olive oil
1 Tablespoon
Chilli powder
1 Tablespoon
Ginger and garlic paste
1 Tablespoon
Grated onions
1 Kg
Different colored bell peppers
1 Kg Chicken gizzard200 Gram Skewers2 Tablespoon Soy sauce2 Tablespoon Honey1 Teaspoon Lemon juice/vinegar2 Tablespoon Olive oil1 Tablespoon Chilli powder1 Tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste1 Tablespoon Grated onions1 Kg Different colored bell peppers
Grilled gizzard

Savory gizzard in sweet chilli marinade. Goes as a side dish and as main dish.

  1. Wash gizzard thorougly and ise paper towel to dab on it to remove any water on it.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, chilli powder, soy sauce, seasoning, garlic and ginger paste, grated onion, curry powder, honey and vinegar/lemon juice.
  3. Now add the gizzard in the marinade and let iy sit for atleast 20mins.
  4. Skew the marinated gizzard and bell peppers in the order you want.
  5. Place on an already heated grill wire. Grill bothe sides for 15min makin sure you turn occassionally to prevent it from getting burnt.
  6. Serve while it's hot and Enjoy.
