Wash gizzard thorougly and ise paper towel to dab on it to remove any water on it.
In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, chilli powder, soy sauce, seasoning, garlic and ginger paste, grated onion, curry powder, honey and vinegar/lemon juice.
Now add the gizzard in the marinade and let iy sit for atleast 20mins.
Skew the marinated gizzard and bell peppers in the order you want.
Place on an already heated grill wire. Grill bothe sides for 15min makin sure you turn occassionally to prevent it from getting burnt.
Serve while it's hot and Enjoy.
