1. Peel the Irish potatoes and cut into cubes or your desired shape
2. Wash properly and pour into a clean pot. Boil for 5mins
3. Drain the water from the per boiled potatoes and set aside.
4. Cut the green peppers into cubes, grate the chilli peppers, chop the onions and garlic gloves. Remove the bones from the fish and dice the carrots
5. Pour veg oil into your frying pan, fry the onions and ginger, add chilli peppers and carrots and stir fry
6. Add the fish and stir, then add the Irish potatoes and stir fry. It's important to use a non-stick pan or pot
7. Add the knorr chicken, and salt to taste. Stir fry until golden brown
Taste to make sure the flavours are right. Then turn off the stove. Can be served with tea, juice or water
