On a foil paper, place aa bulb of garlic, sprinkle some vegetable oil, season with some seasoning cubes.
Massage the seasoning on the garlic, then wrap it with the foil paper and put it in an oven or air fryer for 20 minutes to soften so you can easily mash it.
Slice your fresh parsley and set aside.
Prep your bread, you can use any bread of choice.
Place your garlic in a bowl.
Go in with your butter, salted or unsalted.
Add your sliced parsley leaves into the butter and whip till smooth.
Grate some cheese into the butter , if you're not a fan of cheese skip this, , season the butter with some mixed spices, then whip to give a smooth consistency.
Spread the butter on your bread. Toss it in the oven for 2-3 minutes
Serve with some chilled juice.
