- Greek yoghurt
- 1 Cup
- Liquid milk

This is a quick smoothie recipe that requires minimal time to prepare as well as minimal requirements. It is very delicious and is packed with nutrients. It can also stay up to 48 hours in the fridge but is advised to serve and consume immediately.
- 1. Wash all fruits in clean, running water. Dice carrots and apples.
- 2. In a blender, blend diced carrots with plenty water to extract juice.
- 3. Extract carrot juice by sieving. Discard shaft and set aside carrot juice.
- 4. In same blender jug, add diced apples, banana, raisins, Greek yoghurt, liquid milk and carrot juice.
- 5. Blend till completely smooth. Serve with/without ice immediately and enjoy
