Clean, peel, chop and dice all the vegetables
Put oil in a pan, add in the oil and allow it to heat up
To the oil, you will add in some onions and saute for a minute
Afterwards, you will add in the rice and mix it till it is well coated with the oil and onions
Then you will add in the salt, curry powder, seasoning cubes and water. Allow to cook till the rice is almost ready
In a separate pan, add in little oil, then your garlic, onions
After this, you will add in your veggies and season them with salt & curry powder
Add the seaasoned veggies to the almost cook rice
Cover for 2 mins.
Then you will take off the heat, stir in the veggies. Your fried rice is ready
