Fried fish in flour is a provides a delicious crispy texture, protects the fish from soaking too much oil .
- Firstly wash and keep them ( fish) in a sieve to dry for some mins
- Once fried, get two different pan ( one for spicing and the other for flouring) , then get your species and flour ready
- Mixed your flour with curry and some seasoning and mix all together
- Next step, on one pan, spice your fish and get them ready for flouring
- After spicing, then flour the fishes with the mixed flour and keep in another pan
- Once you are done flouring, put your oil on fire and put the fishes one after the other to fry
- Fried with it give a light brown color… your crispy fish is ready
