Bleached palm oil

FRESH FISH SAUCE

Fresh fish sauce is budget friendly and very quick to put together, its main protein being any fresh fish of choice,  be it cat fish, croaker, tilapia etc.

  1. In your pot add some bleached palm oil, add some chopped onions, add some fish spice, seasoning cubes, and any other spice you're comfortable with.

  2. Add your blended pepper mix, stir gently and allow the mix to cook for 15-20 minutes or until you see the oil floating on the sauce.

  3. Then go in with your washed fish, gently mix that into sauce and allow to cook for 10-15 minutes to ensure your fish cooks properly.

  4. Add some chopped curry leaves or scent leaves, you can also use both. Stir in allow to cook for 5 minutes and your fish sauce is ready.

  5. You can have this with rice or any swallow of choice.
