Blend the Atarodo and onions into a smooth paste
Mix the bean flour and water together and allow to soak for 15 minutes
Then add the pepper paste to the bean flour mixture and mix with a hand mixer or whisk till it's fluffy
Put a pan on fire and add in your oil of choice ( Vegetable oil, palm oil, canoli oil etc) and allow to heat up. Note, the oil shouldn't be too hot and it's a deep frying
Scoop in your paste with a spoon and allow to fry on each side till a light brown color is form
Serve with pap, oat or bread
