FISH BURGER

Burger but let’s make it with some fish fillet. you can use the burger bread or any bread of choice. Let’s get cooking…

  1. Measure 1/4 cup of flour into bowl

  3. Add 1 tablespoon of garlic

  4. 1 tablespoon of black pepper.

  6. 2 tablespoons of sugar

  7. Mix with a whisk or spatula to combine.

  8. Go in with some sprite, you can use a Smirnoff ice, or a any sparkling soda drink

  10. Get your fish fillet, you can make this at home or just get it from a supermarket store. Fish fillet is basically fish with no bone and you can achieve this with any fish. Coat your fish fillet in flour .

  12. Then proceed to deep frying, fry till it's nicely brown.

  13. Now let's put the burger together, cream the first layer with the burger cream.
