Burger but let’s make it with some fish fillet. you can use the burger bread or any bread of choice. Let’s get cooking…
- Measure 1/4 cup of flour into bowl
- Measure 2 table spoons of baking soda into the bowl
- Add 1 tablespoon of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper.
- Some seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Mix with a whisk or spatula to combine.
- Go in with some sprite, you can use a Smirnoff ice, or a any sparkling soda drink
- whisk till everything is well combined and smooth.
- Get your fish fillet, you can make this at home or just get it from a supermarket store. Fish fillet is basically fish with no bone and you can achieve this with any fish. Coat your fish fillet in flour .
- Now dip the coated fillet into the batter
- Then proceed to deep frying, fry till it's nicely brown.
- Now let's put the burger together, cream the first layer with the burger cream.
- Place some cabbage.
- Place the fish patty next.
- Place a layer of cheese, another layer of fish patty
- Another layer of cheese another fish patty.
- Then layer with the last layer of bread.
