Egg sauce

A delicious sauce made with egg. It is normally paired with boiled yam, bread or noodles.

  1. Slice the onions, red and green bell pepper, Atarodo and tomato
  2. Put pan on fire and add some vegetable oil and allow to heat up
  3. Then add in your sliced veggies, seasoning cubes, salt and saute for 5 min
  4. Afterwards, you will add in your eggs and mix everything till it is well incorporated. Leave for 3 minutes
  5. Your egg sauce is ready. Serve n Enjoy!!!
