EGG SAUCE

this egg sauce is made with scrambled eggs it gives it another kind of definition. You can have this for breakfast, lunch, dinner.

  1. In a pan go in with some vegetable oil, add some chopped onions

  2. Add some garlic powder and saute for 1 minute.

  3. Go in with your chicken breast , season with some cayenne peppered chicken seasoning.

  4. Fry till it is nice and brown then take it out.

  5. Now go in with your raw eggs and scramble it , then take it out and set aside.

  6. Add a little more vegetable oil, go in with your tomato paste, and chopped onions.

  7. Fry till it is we'll combined in the oil, then go in with your pepper mix.

  8. Stir fry then add some water , season to taste, stir and allow to come to a boil.
