- Tomato paste
this egg sauce is made with scrambled eggs it gives it another kind of definition. You can have this for breakfast, lunch, dinner.
- In a pan go in with some vegetable oil, add some chopped onions
- Add some garlic powder and saute for 1 minute.
- Go in with your chicken breast , season with some cayenne peppered chicken seasoning.
- Fry till it is nice and brown then take it out.
- Now go in with your raw eggs and scramble it , then take it out and set aside.
- Add a little more vegetable oil, go in with your tomato paste, and chopped onions.
- Fry till it is we'll combined in the oil, then go in with your pepper mix.
- Stir fry then add some water , season to taste, stir and allow to come to a boil.
- Now introduce the chicken into the sauce
- also add the scrambled eggs, stir and allow to cook for 2 minutes.
- Your sauce is ready! serve with some white rice or boiled yam.
