*In a bowl sift flour
Add salt and mix with the flour
Add sugar
Add milk and mix together
In a cup add the 250g of water,add the yeast and a tsp of sugar,stir together
Add the yeast mixture to the flour and continue to mix,mix properly,pour it on the clean work surface and knead for 10 minutes
At this stage add the butter/margarine and continue kneading till you get a smooth consistency
Cut into small sizes,roll it put inside floured tray and leave it to rise for like 40 minutes,it would have double in size
Put any oil of your choice and fry on a very low heat
