- Evaporated milk
- 2 Tablespoon
- Yeast
- 3 Cup
- Flour
- Firstly , in a bowl, mix warm water, sugar and yeast and allow to rinse for few minutes
- On the same plate, pour your flour, sugar, egg, evaporated milk, butter, remaining sugar all together
- Mix all together evenly…and then form a dough and butter it to prevent it from sticking around
- Then transfer to another bowl and cover it to keep it warm until the dough doubles in size
- After few minutes, bring the dough out, and use a cookie cutter to cut out your doughs and leave for an hour inorder to make to dough rinse double in size
- Then heat your oil and fry your doughnuts
