- 8 Tuber
- Saussages
- 2 Tablespoon
- Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon
- Ketchup
- 1 Cup
- Bread crumbs
- 2 Tablespoon
- Cornflour
- 1 Cup
- Water
- 1 Liter
- Vegetable oil
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. A mixture of sweet and salt. The correct defination of savory. An amazing easy to make snack for every occasion.
- Boil saussages and strain
- Remove sides of bread slices
- Flatten bread using a rolling pin and board
- Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise.
- Apply the mayonnaise mixture on the flatten bread
- Now, put a saussage in the bread and roll. This will automatically stick.
- Mix the cornflour and water. Dip the rolled saussage in the paste.
- Take out and roll in bread crumbs untill it is fully coated
- Repeatbthe above step untill bread slices and saussages are finished
- Now, place oil on heat and deep fry untill golden brown.
