This is a common snack when we were growing up. It’s a classic. Let me take you back memory lane with this yummy coconut chips recipe. Enjoy!
- Break the coconut and separate the shell from the flesh
- Grate the coconut flesh with a blender/grater
- Pour the grated coconut into a pan on low heat and stir continually for 5 minutes
- Add in the sugar and leave till the sugar melts
- Continually check up on the coconut and stir if necessary till the sugar is completely dissolved
- Our classic Coconut chips is ready
