- Soak rice for 30mins before prepping and strain
- Add oil to pot and fry diced onions untill golden brown.
- Now add the minced meat and stir until its color is changed.
- Add garlic and ginger paste, curry, cinnamon powder,bay leaves, seasonings and cinnamon sticks for garnish. Allow to simmer for 5mins.
- Add rice and let it fry for 10mins.
- Add water, reduce flame and let it cook slowly untill tender.
- Once rice is done, put out the flame and serve. Best served with grilled chicken and salad.
