Cinnamon Rice

Basmati rice in cinnamon flavor. Best goes with grilled chicken and salad.

  1. Soak rice for 30mins before prepping and strain
  2. Add oil to pot and fry diced onions untill golden brown.
  3. Now add the minced meat and stir until its color is changed.
  4. Add garlic and ginger paste, curry, cinnamon powder,bay leaves, seasonings and cinnamon sticks for garnish. Allow to simmer for 5mins.
  5. Add rice and let it fry for 10mins.
  6. Add water, reduce flame and let it cook slowly untill tender.
  7. Once rice is done, put out the flame and serve. Best served with grilled chicken and salad.
