- Blended crayfish
- Rinse your chicken and place in a pot
- Put the pot on fire and add in seasoning cubes, salt, scotch bonnet, chilli pepper, onions, ginger, pepper soup spice and water. Then cover
- After 15 minutes, add in pepper soup spice again, crayfish and cover. Allow to cook for 5 minutes
- Then open the pot and add in the scent leaf. Allow to cook for a minute or 2
