- In a clean bowl add in flour, salt, sugar
- In a small measuring cup, proof the yeast by adding lukwarm milk and cover with a cling wrap. Leave for 10min
- Break the egg into the flour mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Add in wet over the dry ingredients and mix until it form a dough
- Add the butter to the dough and knead
- In a clean bread pan linen with parchment paper gently roll the inside and leave to rise
- After its well risen. Baked for 25min and enjoy
