Firstly cut your yam and peel and wash. After washing, put the yams inside a pot , add some salt and boil till it’s soft
For you egg sauce, firstly slice ur veggies ( tomatoes, onions and green peppers) and set aside
For the egg sauce, I’m using 6 eggs , break and store till it foams then add a little salt
On the other side, set ur frying pan on fire, pour your veg oil, add onions and fry alittle before adding your sliced tomatoes and green pepper…. Stire for about 2minutes and add your spices and stir,
Lastly, pour your eggs inside and scramble everything together and allow to heat for some seconds then turn off your gas
