Beef noodles with veggies and fried egg

A light mean for breakfast lunch or dinner that is easy to make.

  1. Prep your vegetables pepper onions Ugwu leaves
  2. Parboil your beef flavored noodles
  3. Once it boils drain the water
  4. Put in a little water proportionate to your Ugwu ledges cook till tender and no more bitterness on low heat
  5. Take down the vegetables
  6. Put in groundnut oil put in your pepper onions curry and indomie spice
  7. Let it simmer for a bit pour in the already parboiled noodles and stir
  8. Let it simmer on low heat then pour in your veggies
  9. Stir and cover for some seconds
  10. Serve and enjoy
