Beef jollof rice

In a pot add you chopped beef and some seasoning powder, fry till it’s properly cooked and take off the heat .

Add the chopped onion, chopped garlic and tomato mix, fry till it’s properly cooked, add spice mix ( curry, thyme)and the seasoning powder, some salt and give it a good mix.

After 2 minutes add the bay leaf, parboiled rice and meat stock and allow to cook for 20 minutes on low heat . 

Once the rice is properly cooked add the fried beef, chopped carrot and bell peppers and chopped onion , cook for 2 minutes and your rice is ready 

  1. In a pot, add chopped beef seasoning powder and fry
  2. Take it off the heat and add chopped garlic, onion and some vegetable oil and tomato mix and fry for 5minutes
  3. Add seasoning powder, spice mix, salt and bay leaf
  4. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the parboiled rice and meat stock, cook on low heat file 20 minutes
  5. Once the rice is cooked, add chopped carrot, onion and bell peppers
  6. Your beef jollof is ready
