Beans Porridge with vegetables

Bean porridge and vegetable a filling balanced meal that can be taken as lunch or dinner

  1. Parboil your beans
  2. Take it down and change the water
  3. Allow to cook until soft
  4. Add you oil pepper and crayfish allow to simmer for five minutes
  5. Then add Maggie cubes and salt and any other spices as desired
  6. Allow to simmer until desired result
  7. Bring down and serve
  8. Add water to a clean pot depending on size or quantity of vegetables
  9. Add your pepper and crayfish maggi and salt
  10. Put in vegetable and cover to simmer
  11. Check for taste and bitterness
  12. Bring down and serve with your porridge beans
