Beans are a simply delicious, naturally nutritious food. We’re talking about dry edible beans, beans that are harvested when the beans are dry in seed pod.
Today I will be showing how to prepare beans in a delicious way🤗🤗
- First parboil your beans for 30 min this makes really soft
- When your beans is parboiled ,you add water to a clean pot and add 2 cups of water to your parboiled beans let it boil for 5minute
- Then you add your curry,cray fish, grinded pepper,onion,salt ,maggi and palm oil and let it cook till the water is dried up
- In another pot add your vegetable oil ,let it heat for 2min
- Add your diced sweet potato
- Cook till the sweet potato turn golden brown
- Now serve the beans along side with the sweet potato, you can add any sauce your prefare with it
