Bandashe
  1. This recipe is made with a local bread called gurasa we all know our local staple kuli kuli.
  1. Dice your vegetables, green pepper, onion, cucumber and tomatoes.
  2. Get your gurasa bread and put it in a bowl of water and take it out immediately.
  3. Put your gurasa bread on a flat surface or a tray.
  4. Mix your grounded kuli kuli with seasoning and salt.
  5. Sprinkle the grounded kuli kuli on the gurasa on both sides and make sure it sticks to the gurasa.
  6. Add the oil on the gurasa and kuli kuli.
  7. You can toast it in your nonstick pan , oven or a microwave for ten minutes.
  8. After toasting the gurasa , you add your tomatoes, onion, cucumber and green pepper .
  9. Serve hot or warm.
