  1. A local hausa snack
  1. Soak tamarind for 3 - 4 days and allow it to ferment
  2. Wash and dry wheat and grind not too soft
  3. Mix your grounded wheat with tamarind water, sugar, salt and vegetable oil.
  4. Allow it to rise and mould into desired shape
  5. Deep fry and soak into sugar syrup
