- Firstly pick and wash your beans with water very well
- After washing, blend the beans to get a smooth liquid homogeneous mixture ( beans, crayfish, fresh pepper, onions, water )
- Then pour out from the blender, add your seasoning and salt to taste then add some sliced onions to it …. Using a big spoon , scoop the mixture little by little and fry
- Before frying, ensure your groundnut oil is hot and ready
