Agidi Jollof is a delicious dish that is mostly eaten by eastern Nigerians. it can also be found in other part of the country
- Firstly, blend your tomatoes, garlic and ginge… then chop your onions
- Then wash , spice and cook your meat
- On a low heat, pour some oil , fry your onions, paste tomatoes, curry, pepper, salt and fry very well to remove the sour taste of the paste
- In another bowl , pour your corn powder and mix with water and stir very well to get a homogeneous mixture
- Then transfer the corn mixture in a pot and continue stirring till it’s mixed very well, then add your stew while stirring it to get your desired clour
- Then wrap on a leaf and add your meat to each wrap…. It is best serve hot
