Agidi jollof

Agidi Jollof is a delicious dish that is mostly eaten by eastern Nigerians. it can also be found in other part of the country

  1. Firstly, blend your tomatoes, garlic and ginge… then chop your onions
  2. Then wash , spice and cook your meat
  3. On a low heat, pour some oil , fry your onions, paste tomatoes, curry, pepper, salt and fry very well to remove the sour taste of the paste
  4. In another bowl , pour your corn powder and mix with water and stir very well to get a homogeneous mixture
  5. Then transfer the corn mixture in a pot and continue stirring till it’s mixed very well, then add your stew while stirring it to get your desired clour
  6. Then wrap on a leaf and add your meat to each wrap…. It is best serve hot
