- Greek yoghurt
- 1 Cup
- Bananas
- 1 Tablespoon
- date syrup
- 1 Cup
- apples/any fruits
- 1 Cup
- Full cream milk
This is a healthy treat you can have for breakfast or as a snack for anytime of the day… lets get cooking
- add some greek sweetened or unsweetened yoghurt into bowl
- add some full cream liquid milk
- mash 2 fingers of bananas and set aside
- chop your your apples or any fruit into small cubes or chunks
- Go in with some date syrup
- add the mashed bananas and some of the apples then mix till everything is well combined
- fill the batter into the cupcake bowls
- top off with some fruits and some nuts .. freeze for like an hour or more
- then enjoy the healthy and delicious treats
