- Tumeric powder

- Red spicy ground chili pepper
- 1 Tablespoon
- Knorr seasoning cube
- 1 Tablespoon
- Ginger powder
- 1 Tablespoon
- Minced ginger and garlic
- 1 Teaspoon
- salt to taste
- 2 Tablespoon
- Green peas
- 2 Tablespoon
- Green bell peppers
- 1 Tablespoon
- Fresh mint leaves

- Chopped fresh parsley
Yellow rice also know as south African yellow rice is a savory rice dish with origin from South Africa.
- Clean and prep veggies for saute
- Set up pan on medium heat , saute onion
- Add in the other fresh parsley
- Add in green bell pepper
- Add in green peas and
- Add in seasonings and chili pepper sauce
- Add in ground shrimp or crayfish powder and saute
- Add clean water to the veggies when it's properly saute
- Bring stock to a boil
- Add in washed basmati or long grain parboiled rice
- Cover allow to simmer for 5 - 10 minutes
- After 8 minutes check to confirm rice has no water left or is soggy turn off heat and serve
