Yamarita and veggie sauce

A variation of the yam meal

  1. Cut up your yam in sizeable slices and boil
  2. In a dry bowl pour in flour and mix with cinnamon and maggi powder
  3. In another bowl crack in some eggs
  4. Put a pan of oil on fire while it’s heating individually dip you boiled yam in the egg the.n the flour mixture
  5. Do it twice for each until fully coated then drop in the pan and let it fry till golden brown
  6. Set aside to cool
  7. Prep your carrots green beans spring onions
  8. In a clean pot pour in vegetable oil add in your onions and other veggies let it fry for some minutes
  9. Add in your spices and corn flour till it’s thick enough let it simmer for a bit check for taste
  10. Serve with the yamarita and enjoy
