- Yam
- 1 Cup
- Palm oil
- 1 Tablespoon
- Seasoning cubes
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 Tablespoon
- Blended crayfu
- 1 Cup
- Pepper blend (Atarodo, onions, tatashe)
- Blend the Atarodo, onions and tatashe roughly
- Peel and wash the yam and dice into cubes
- Put the yam in a pot, add in the pepper blend, seasoning cubes, crayfish and salt and mix everything together and allow to cook for 5 minutes
- Then add in some water and cook till yam is really soft
- Mash up the yam and add in your palm oil. Cover and allow to cook for another 5 minutes
- Stir everything together! Off the heat! Your meal is ready to be enjoyed
