Yam Porridge (Asaro)

The easiest yam porridge recipe ever

  1. Blend the Atarodo, onions and tatashe roughly
  2. Peel and wash the yam and dice into cubes
  3. Put the yam in a pot, add in the pepper blend, seasoning cubes, crayfish and salt and mix everything together and allow to cook for 5 minutes
  4. Then add in some water and cook till yam is really soft
  5. Mash up the yam and add in your palm oil. Cover and allow to cook for another 5 minutes
  6. Stir everything together! Off the heat! Your meal is ready to be enjoyed
