Fried yam is a ready to go o snack with any drink of your choice ….it is a good snack or meal depending on you
- Peel your yam and dice into desired shapes...i prefer strips.....make sure it is thin enough so as to allow it cook easily
- Heat your oil under medium heat...when it is hot enough reduce heat and start frying ...if you are the tender yam eater add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water to the oil
- And when you have a golden brown yam...drain and serve hot or warm with any cold drink
