Yam fries 🍟

Crunchy yam fries, delicious recipe and easy to make

  1. Peel the yam, and cut into a rectangular shape
  2. Wash the cut yam thoroughly with salt and water
  3. Put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes
  4. Remove the yam after it most been frozen
  5. Put your vegetable oil in deep pot. Make sure the oil is enough for the frying
  6. Pre-heat the oil to 180°c
  7. Add in your frozen yam and fry till it it's well fried on both sides
  8. Your yam fries most be crispy on the he outside and soft on the he inside
