Firstly cut your yam and potatoes, wash and dice into smaller pieces
Put them in a pot and cook till it’s soft
Once soft, add your red oil, and stir together and allow to cook for few secs
Then add your crayfish, fry fish, stock fish ,spices, pepper, and salt to taste…. Stir all together and allow to cook for 3 mins….
Note: cook your stock fish first and set aside before making your porridge
After cooking, then add your vegetables to ur porridge and allow to cook for few secs..,, your meal is ready
