- Crushed garlic and grated ginger each

- Seasoning cube
- 1 Cup
- Vegetable oil and palm oil
White Rice and Stew is a very easy to make delicacy and is enjoyed with a nicely prepared stew that can be enjoyed with meat, fish or boiled egg etc.
- 1. Boil the rice with salt until is cooked and dry.
- 2. Boil your eggs, peel and set aside. Fry your fish if that's what you'd use.
- 3. Pour the vegetable oil and palm oil into a pot and place on heat.
- 4. Throw in the chopped onions, crayfish, crushed ginger, curry and thyme when the oil is hot.
- 5. Pour the blended pepper mix and you boiled eggs into the pot and allow to cook for about 10mins.
- 6. Pour in the stock if you have and cook further.
- 7. Add the seasoning cube and salt to taste.
- 8. Cook for another 20mins.
- 9. Once done, serve dinner is ready!
