White rice and stew

White Rice and Stew is a very easy to make delicacy and is enjoyed with a nicely prepared stew that can be enjoyed with meat, fish or boiled egg etc.

  1. 1. Boil the rice with salt until is cooked and dry.
  2. 2. Boil your eggs, peel and set aside. Fry your fish if that's what you'd use.
  3. 3. Pour the vegetable oil and palm oil into a pot and place on heat.
  4. 4. Throw in the chopped onions, crayfish, crushed ginger, curry and thyme when the oil is hot.
  5. 5. Pour the blended pepper mix and you boiled eggs into the pot and allow to cook for about 10mins.
  6. 6. Pour in the stock if you have and cook further.
  7. 7. Add the seasoning cube and salt to taste.
  8. 8. Cook for another 20mins.
  9. 9. Once done, serve dinner is ready!
