Wheat meal is a swallow food. It helps to control level of blood sugar and reduction of weight due to it high natural fibre. It can be served with soup of choice
- Sieve the wheat flour to remove dirt or debris
- Place a clean pot on fire and add water. Allow it to boil
- In a clean bowl, put 1cup of water and 1/2cup of wheat and mix together vigorously to avoid lumps.
- Add the wheat paste to the boiling water and stir together with a wooden stick then allow it to cook for some minutes
- Add wheat flour and stir together vigorously until it is moldable
- Sprinkle little water and allow it to cook for sometime. Stir together again with a wooden stick
- Serve with soup of choice
