Waterleaf sauce
  1. Waterleaf sauce is a Nigerian local dish easy to make with few ingredients and at a low cost. Also, it’s highly nutritional and healthy and can be served with rice, yam, swallow or eaten only.
  1. 1: cut and wash your waterleaf thoroughly to remove the slim chance. 2: prep your ingredients and set them aside. 3. Set your pot on the fire, add some quantity of palm oil and allow to hit up for 30mins. 4. Add your chopped onions and fresh pepper and fry for 1min. 5. Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste. 6. Add crayfish and smoked fish stir and allow to cook for 1min for all to mix perfectly. Lastly, add your squeezed waterleaf and mix it all. And your sauce is ready
