This soup is made with two types of vegetable, the water leaf and ugu leaf. It is highly nutritious and can be combined with swallow, rice, yam and agidi.
- Add washed meat and stock fish into the pot, season with salt and stock cubes and let it cook for 15 min
- Wash and cut your vegetables
- Blend onion and pepper mix and add into the boiling meat, allow to cook for another 5min.
- Add oil into the cooking sauce and add your vegetables and crayfish, mix well to combine and cover to simmer for 2 min. The vegetable is ready.
