Veggies and eggs sauce

Veggies and egg sauce

this is a home made breakfast side dish to eat with any meal of your choice

here I add fried yam, plantain and Irish potatoes to this sauce

  1. Chopped you carrots, green peas, red pepper and onion
  2. Heat your cooking oil for some minutes, add your chopped onions stir and allow to eat up
  3. add your ginger and garlic powder or paste to the cooking pan
  4. add your red pepper and pinch of salt to test, stir
  5. add your whisk egg to the cooking pan and cover to cook for 2 minutes , stir and add your seasoning cubes(3) or powder ( half )
  6. stir allow to cook for some half minutes , add your veggies and stir.
