Veggies and egg sauce
this is a home made breakfast side dish to eat with any meal of your choice
here I add fried yam, plantain and Irish potatoes to this sauce
- Chopped you carrots, green peas, red pepper and onion
- Heat your cooking oil for some minutes, add your chopped onions stir and allow to eat up
- add your ginger and garlic powder or paste to the cooking pan
- add your red pepper and pinch of salt to test, stir
- add your whisk egg to the cooking pan and cover to cook for 2 minutes , stir and add your seasoning cubes(3) or powder ( half )
- stir allow to cook for some half minutes , add your veggies and stir.
