- 2 Tablespoon
- Powder Milk
Ugu leaves juice and milk is a healthy natural drink that is packed with lots of health benefits. It Enhancing blood production, promotes healthy bones and teeth, it Helps treats anaemia, it Helps reduce oxidative stress and very Rich in folic acid.
- First get your fresh ugu leaves
- I rinse with salt and water. Because no cooking require so i have to wash with salt to be sure it safe fir consumption.
- I rinse again 3 times with ordinary clean water
- Then i put it inside blender with little water to blend it. Note: if you dont have blender you can squeeze out the ugu juice with your hands and little water.
- After blending
- Get a clean fine seive to extract the juice from the blended paste
- Here is the ugu juice
- I will be using powder milk. So i take little from the ugu juice and use it to dissolve the powder milk to avoid powder milk lumps
- The milk has dissolved
- Now pour the remaining ugu into the dissolved milk and stir everything together
- Mix it well
- And our healthy ugu and milk drink is ready
