- scotch bonnet (Rodo)
- 1 Small
- onions
- 1 Teaspoon
- Curry
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 Teaspoon
- Thyme
- 1 Cup
- Vegetable oil
- Put oil in a pan and put on fire
- Add in sliced onions and fry for a minute
- Mix your tomato paste with water to loosen it
- Add the loosened tomato paste to the onions and fry for 7 minutes
- Add in blended scotch bonnet, seasoning cube, salt, curry and thyme and fry for 5 minutes
- Your tomato paste sauce is ready
