- 2 Tablespoon
- soy sauce/ oyster sauce
- 2 Tablespoon
- Honey
- 2 Tablespoon
- Corn flour
- 1 Kg
- Chicken breast
- 1 Cup
- Carrots/bell peppers
- 1 Cooking spoon
- blended pepper (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon
- cayenne pepper
- 1 Cup
- Water
This sauce is called sweet sour sauce because of the sweet taste that comes from the honey used in it and sour cause of the soy sauce or oyster sauce. It can be used with any protein and it is super easy to put together.
- Add some honey into the bowl
- Add some corn flour to act as a thickener , mix everything to combine.
- In a pan add some vegetable oil , go in with your marinated protein
- Stir fry til it is nice and brown.
- Go in with your chopped vegetables , then add your mixed sauce.
- Rinse the bowl into the pot stir and allow to come to. boil.
- This sauce does not require seasoning so do not add seasoning, you can marinate your chicken with seasoning but you don't need it to make the sauce.
- Serve with white rice and enjoy!
