Cut green pea, carrot, onions, green Pepper
Blend scotch bonnet pepper, onions, red bell pepper roughly. Blend the crayfish and remove bone from smoke/dried fish
Place a clean pot on fire, add water then put your spaghetti and add add a little oil and salt. Allow it to cook till it is soft.
Put in a sieve and drain the water
Place a clean pot on fire, add vegetable oil and the chopped onions. Allow it to fry till translucent. Add the blended pepper, cray fish, carrot, green pepper, green pea, dried fish, tomatoe paste and allow it to fry
Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste and stir together. Add your boil eggs
Allow it to fry. Then remove the egg. Add the parboil spaghetti to the stir fry vegetable and stir together. Then place on fire to cook for 5minutes.
Serve with boiled egg and plantain
