Stir fry spaghetti is a delicious meal prepared by frying pasta with stir fried vegetables and pepper.
- 1. Dice/chop the carrot, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, green beans. Cut or dice them on a flat surface such that each of them is separate (do not mix them).
- 2. Boil your eggs and set aside. Or which ever protein you'd use.
- 3. Get your pot ready, place on a low heat pour in your oil and your veggies and stir fry.
- 4. Break your pasta or leave it long. You can parboil, but I poured it straight into to the stir fry veggies and stir fried all.
- 5. Once it's well seated in the pot pour in your water and leave to cook, once almost done add in your boiled eggs and onion leave to steam together.
- 6. Once it's ready serve and enjoy!
