This is a super easy, delicious, and quick recipe you can make with just a few ingredients. If you’re a noodles lover, you’ll definitely want to try this!
- Slice your beef chunks thinly and add them to a bowl. Add the steak seasoning, black pepper, half of the noodle seasoning and the baking soda. Mix well and set aside.
- Add some water to a pot, bring to a boil and cook the noodles for about 3 minutes or until almost cooked through. Drain and set aside
- In a wok or frying pan, add the cooking oil and heat up, add the beef and brown on both sides, for about 3 minutes. Remove from the pan and add the onions, sauté until translucent.
- Add the garlic, scotch bonnet and you can add any other dices vegetables of your choice as it is optional. Sauté for about a minute then add the cooked noodles, the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and the remaining noodle seasoning. Reduce the heat and mix well, making sure the seasoning and sauces are dispersed.
- Add the beef and mix well, for about a minute. Then turn of the heat and serve with a refreshing drink of your choice. Enjoy!
