Spinach Sauce

This is a simple sauce made with spinach. It’s really easy and affordable to make and super delicious

  1. Put palm oil in a pan on medium heat and allow it to heat up
  2. Add in the locust beans and fry for 1 minutes
  3. Cut your Ponmo into bite sizes and wash

  4. Add the washed Ponmo to the locust beans and fry for 3 minutes
  5. Then add in the scotch bonnet and onions and fry for 5 minutes

  6. Add in the chicken seasoning and salt and stir
  7. Then add in the washed spinach vegetable and cover the pot
  8. After 2 minutes, open the pot and stir the vegetable till it's well combined with the sauce
