This is a simple sauce made with spinach. It’s really easy and affordable to make and super delicious
- Put palm oil in a pan on medium heat and allow it to heat up
- Add in the locust beans and fry for 1 minutes
- Cut your Ponmo into bite sizes and wash
- Add the washed Ponmo to the locust beans and fry for 3 minutes
- Then add in the scotch bonnet and onions and fry for 5 minutes
- Add in the chicken seasoning and salt and stir
- Then add in the washed spinach vegetable and cover the pot
- After 2 minutes, open the pot and stir the vegetable till it's well combined with the sauce
- Your delicious spinach sauce is ready
