Boli/Bole /Roasted plantain is a popular street food in Nigeria. It’s enjoyed with groundnut or fish. This recipe is so easy to make and extremely delicious
- Preheat the oven
- Peel the semi riped plantain
- Make some marks on it with knife
- Slice some scotch bonnet peppers in a bowl and add little oil to it then mix
- Rub the scotch bonnet mixture on the plantain
- Put on the grilling rack and grill for 15-20 minutes
- Your delicious spicy roasted plantain is ready
