Who doesn’t love a spicy kulikuli especially with cold garri? This recipe is all you need to make your delicious spicy kulikuli
- Blend the roasted groundnut smoothly
- Add the ginger powder and dry chilli pepper to the blended groundnut and mix
- Knead the paste very well to squeeze out the oil
- Sprinkle water if necessary
- Mould the paste into your desired shape after the excess oil has been drained out
- Put the groundnut oil on fire and allow it to heat up
- Put the kulikuli inside and fry till deep brown
- Your delicious spicy kulikuli is ready
