Spicy Kulikuli

Who doesn’t love a spicy kulikuli especially with cold garri? This recipe is all you need to make your delicious spicy kulikuli

  1. Blend the roasted groundnut smoothly
  2. Add the ginger powder and dry chilli pepper to the blended groundnut and mix
  3. Knead the paste very well to squeeze out the oil
  4. Sprinkle water if necessary
  5. Mould the paste into your desired shape after the excess oil has been drained out
  6. Put the groundnut oil on fire and allow it to heat up
  7. Put the kulikuli inside and fry till deep brown
  8. Your delicious spicy kulikuli is ready
