- Fresh fish
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 Teaspoon
- Powdered ginger and garlic
- 1 Teaspoon
- Dry pepper
- 1 Cooking spoon
- Groundnut oil

- 1. Wash your fish properly
- 2. Spice your fish with seasoning cubes, powdered ginger and garlic and salt. Mix it properly and make sure it goes round the fish.
- 3. Put enough dry pepper on your fish and mix it properly.
- 4. Spread your fish out on a tray or plate and sprinkle groundnut oil on it.
- 5. Take your fish outside to dry for 15 minutes or you can put it in a dryer.
- 6. Put your groundnut oil on fire and fry your fish
- 7. Serve and enjoy
